Biography
Liz is an endorsed Organisational Psychologist and co-lead of the Psychology at Work (PAW) Lab. Liz also has responsibility as the Program Director and Placement Coordinator for the Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology program. Liz is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), Fellow of the Australian College of Organisational Psychologists (FCOP), and Associate Member of Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychologists (SIOP).
Liz has worked extensively with industry and has experience across both private and public sectors, not for profit, health care, mining, clean energy and regulation. Liz's consulting experience includes organisational diagnostics, team development, high performance, business alignment, and strategy development. Since moving to the tertiary sector Liz has developed a large number of industry partnerships to deliver sponsored research outcomes and industry focused placement activity.
Liz's key research interests include understanding how professional identity develops across the career lifecycle. Liz is also interested in understanding attitudes towards sleep in the workplace, and identifying the organisational systems and practice that support the development of pro-active sleep health management.
