Firstly, Liam's main area of research is anti-discrimination law, with a focus on LGBTIQA+ and religious freedom protections, and the enforcement and understanding of anti-discrimination law norms in Australia. Secondly, he researches into private law, and in particular the role negligence laws play in shaping social norms and behaviour.
